Refund and Returns Policy

At Eagle Medicine Coaching & Consulting, we are dedicated to delivering impactful, high-touch services that support your personal and professional transformation. Because of the energetic, time-based, and customized nature of our work, we have a clear and firm refund policy.

1. Paid Services (Coaching, Programs, Courses)

All payments for services—including 1:1 coaching, group programs, live sessions, and experiential courses—are final and non-refundable. When you commit to this work, we commit fully to holding space and delivering value in return.

If you need to reschedule a private coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

2. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (such as downloadable guides or pre-recorded courses) are final. Because these are instantly accessible and non-returnable, we do not offer refunds once delivery has been completed.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If an extraordinary situation arises and you believe a refund should be considered, please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee a refund.
